Here's where you can view Newport County's Fourth of July fireworks displays.

The City of Newport will set off the traditional fireworks display on Wednesday, July 4 over Newport harbor, with a rain date of Thursday, July 5.
The fireworks show begins after dark, which is anticipated to be at approximately 9:20 p.m. and lasts approximately 25 minutes.

The location of the shoot will allow only extremely limited public access, so best viewing will be anywhere along Newport Harbor, facing west.
Public restrooms will be open at King Park, the Harbormaster’s building at Perrotti Park and at the Mary Street Parking Lot until after the fireworks are completed. Portable restrooms will be available at Storer Park, Perrotti Park and King Park.
