• New Shoreham Zoning Board Stalls Without Quorum, Delays (upriseri.com) — New Shoreham's Zoning Board couldn't conduct business Wednesday night because only four members showed up, forcing at least one hearing to be continued and pushing applications into late September and possibly November. Applicants now face roughly two‑month delays, with September 23, October 28, and November 19 floated as new dates, so anyone with a pending zoning matter should confirm their rescheduled hearing with town staff.
