Allie's 3rd Annual Animal Appreciation Day

What started as an initial idea for a customer appreciation day, we created a day dedicated to the appreciation of animals and animal owners alike. This day includes many family fun-filled activities, a storewide sale, and many new additions to this year’s lineup.

Carriage rides will be run by the Team Riders 4-H Club, Pony Rides run by both Team Riders and Cantering Colts 4-H Clubs. There is a petting zoo featuring many barnyard animals from the SRI Dairy 4-H Club, 4-H Trail Blazers, Masson Farm, Shelley Fitzgerald and Shadow Pines Alpaca Farm. There will also be Rally Dog Obedience Demonstrations hosted by Christina Johnson of Better Behaved Dogs, as well as food and refreshments provided by Living Hope Christian Church and Allie’s Donuts. Friends of the NK Animal Shelter will have a booth with pets up for adoption, along with Sunshine Golden Retriever Rescue!

A storewide sale will take place that day, with 20% off on everything* in the store with special savings for our current VIP members and those that sign-up at this year’s Animal Appreciation Day on October 5, 2013.

Our Blue Seal Feeds Representative Sarah Mastrobattisto will also be present with Blue Seal Pet Food samples and special deals for Blue Seal Feeds. We have many new products in our store this year, and there will be a new launch taking place that day as well!
