2026 Memorial Day Parade & Commemoration

Join the North Kingstown community to honor the brave service members who sacrificed their lives for our nation with a wreath-laying ceremony at 9am at Veteran's Memorial Park, across from the Town Hall, 80 Boston Neck Rd. The parade starts lining up (also at 9am) and takes off from Wilson Park on West Main St at 10am. This patriotic event features a march through Wickford, up Phillips St, and then along Tower Hill Rd to Elmgrove Cemetery where concluding  ceremonies will take place with the Grand Army Of The Republic.  Please bring your pet to participate in the cherished 'Dogs of Wickford' tradition, and if you would like to join the parade, show up by 9:30 at Wilson Park to get in line. All are welcome.
