Camp Grosvenor Beach in North Kingstown Reopens For Swimming

NORTH KINGSTOWN, RI — Camp Grosvenor Beach in North Kingstown reopened for swimming, the Rhode Island Department of Health (RIDOH) said Tuesday.

RIDOH recommended closing the beach because of high bacteria levels. Those bacteria counts have since returned to normal.

RIDOH officials said they will continue to monitor and review beach water quality regularly to ensure safe bathing throughout summer.
