"Cooler and Warmer" - A Fine Art Show, Juried by Charlie Hall

January 14 to February 5, 2017

The Wickford Art Association (WAA) is presenting “Cooler and Warmer”. The open juried show runs from January 14 to February 5, 2017. Admission to the gallery is free and open to the public.

Call for Art dates are Wednesday, January 11, 2017 from 11 AM to 7 PM and Thursday, January 12, 2017 from 11 AM to 3 PM. Artists may refer to our website for submission guidelines and entry fees. Show registration is open to artists in any fine art medium.

The juror is Charlie Hall, a RISD graduate, award-winning political cartoonist, painter, teacher, author, songwriter and RI Comedy Hall of Fame inductee.

The “Cooler and Warmer” reception is on Sunday, January 15, 2017 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at 36 Beach Street, North Kingstown, RI. Charlie Hall will present awards with cash prizes at 1:30 PM.

The Wickford Art Association is a non-profit organization with over 450 members from Rhode Island and New England. The association hosts art shows and classes in its gallery at 36 Beach Street in North Kingstown, and has produced the Wickford Art Festival every July since 1962. Wickford Art Association is dedicated to educating, encouraging and inspiring artists and art lovers throughout the community.
