The Town Council voted in executive session to consider moving the operations of Town Hall to Wickford Junction, the Patch has learned.

The council was set to discuss the matter in executive session on Monday night. The topic was described as “Real Estate (Town Hall)“ on the agenda.

The matter was reportedly discussed at the Building Code Board of Appeals meeting last night.

The town’s Town Hall building is in need of repairs and suffers from scores of code violations.
