Join us for an informative walk with our local historian, Tim Cranston. On this walk through the Lafayette Mill Village we’ll take a look at the numerous buildings that made up the mill complex and its associated village. We’ll hear about the history of the textile industry in the region and we’ll take an honest look at the business of Negro goods production. We will meet behind the main mill building on Ten Rod Road.
