The Senior Center is offering a CranioSacral Therapy class today from 10 a.m. Â until noon. Â This therapy works with the body's natural rhythms to bring balance to a person's digestion, blood pressure, range of motion and much more.
Appointments are needed and there is a $15.00 fee for a 20-minute session. Â Wheelchair-bound clients welcome.
