Miller, staff writer for the Providence Journal and author of several books and documentaries, will talk about his latest book, An Uncommon Man: The Life and Times of Senator Claiborne Pell. Pell, who passed away in 2009 was a six-term Rhode Island senator perhaps best remembered for creating the Pell Grants educational loan program.
