So many people do not understand the complexities of hydration and how easily it is sabotaged this through common everyday habits. Being under hydrated can aggravate a host of what modern medicine refers to as diseases. Common little everyday physical annoyances, when coupled together, can easily be linked to merely being under hydrated. This lecture will help to explain why it is so difficult to link all these conditions together and yet how easy it can be to reduce or eliminate them.
