The AARP sponsored Tax Aide Program will be at Beechwood to assist seniors and low-income tax filers with preparing and filing their tax returns.
All returns will be transmitted electronically by the AARP's tax aide representatives. By filing electronically, using the Beechwood's computers, taxpayers, particularly those expecting refunds, can access their refunds in two weeks or less with direct deposit. Please note that if you are filing a joint return both individuals must be present.
Assistance from AARP tax aides will be available at Beechwood by appointment only. Appointments can be made on Mondays and Wednesdays from 9:00 to 11:00 am and on Fridays from 1:00 to 3:00 pm through April 13, 2012.
