Why America Can't Think Straight About Race (Even With a Black President) is the title of a free lecture to be given by Sut Jhally, Professor of Communication, University of Massachusetts, Amherst, and Founder and Executive director of the Media Education Foundation as part of the URI Fall 2010 Honors Colloquium.  The lecture takes place at 7 pm  at URI's Edwards Auditorium on the URI Kingstown Campus.
