Peter Lacouture elected chair of the ABA Infrastructure and Regulated Industries Section

The American Bar Association (ABA) Infrastructure and Regulated Industries Section elected Robinson+Cole partner Peter V. Lacouture as chair during the section’s annual meeting on August 12, 2017, held in conjunction with the ABA 2017 Annual Meeting.
Formerly the Section of Public Utility, Communications and Transportation Law (PUCAT), the Infrastructure and Regulated Industries Section is the third oldest section in the ABA and celebrates its 100th anniversary during 2017-2018 bar year. Mr. Lacouture, who has practiced law in Providence since 1972, is a member of Robinson+Cole’s Environmental, Energy + Telecommunications Group. In his practice, Mr. Lacouture represents clients in the siting and permitting of large infrastructure projects.
