This course is designed to educate the
students on the process and procedure of working with properties that are in
foreclosure.  The course will provide the necessary information to the
students on how to go through the selling and/or buying process, how to deal
with customers/clients in a foreclosure, and the legal aspects of the
foreclosure process.
