Pints for Life WalkWhere/When: The Foundry, 285 Promenade Street, Providence | Sunday, June 12 at 8:30 a.m. registration; walk starts at 10 a.m. rain or shine
Why Go: Help the Rhode Island Blood Center save lives by helping to raise awareness and money. Sign up online or simply show up to the event. The walk begins at the Providence Donor Center and ends at the State House, according to the event's website. Former New England Patriot and cancer survivor Joe Andruzzi is scheduled to give the welcome address at 9:50 a.m.
