Images of Cuba and Her People
Monday, April 23rd at Wickford Art Association
Cuba is a communist country with tobacco fields, colorful 50's cars, white sand beaches and Spanish colonial architecture. Cuba is also known for its vibrant art, salsa music and friendly people. Join us for a night of images, stories and impressions of the country and her people with 10 American photographers who traveled to Cuba this past January.
With ten people traveling together and 300 images to share, you will be amazed by the diversity in points of view and subjects captured. The artists will also talk about their trip and art during a panel discussion.
