Kent Washington REALTOR Emeritus Honored

KWAOR recognizes 40-Year Members

Todd Brown of Keller William Realty Central RI, Caroline Cressman of Weichert, REALTORS® Cress & Company, Mary “Empie” Davis of Coastal Properties South County, Susan Moore of Randall REALTORS® Real Living and Dana Phillips of Phillips Post Road Realty were honored as REALTOR® Emeritus by the Kent Washington Association of REALTORS®. Their achievements were recognized at the Association’s Annual Meeting, Installation and Dinner on October 13th at Harbor Lights in Warwick.

The REALTOR® Emeritus Award is bestowed upon a REALTOR® member of an Association who has held membership for 40 years or more in the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR) and who has provided at least one year of dedicated service as a volunteer to either their local REALTOR® Board, the Rhode Island Association of REALTORS® (RIAR) or the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR).

The Kent Washington Association of REALTORS®, chartered in 1952 by the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR), is a not-for-profit trade association whose purpose is to provide resources and support services that will enable its members to maintain high standards of integrity, knowledge, professionalism and community involvement, while protecting the public's right to own, transfer and use real property and to enhance the public's awareness and confidence in REALTORS®. As an NAR chapter whose members actively participate in the betterment of their communities, the Kent Washington Association of REALTORS® serves as the Voice of Real Estate in Kent and Washington Counties.
