Michelle Moschetti Book Signing at Davisville Free Library

At 2 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 9 at the Davisville Free Library, local author Michelle Moschetti will take part in the Library's "Second Saturdays" Local Author Event. Refreshments will be served as Michelle reads from her mystery/suspense books Torn Ribbons and Tangled Ribbons. This is a free event.

Torn Ribbons (Vol.1) 
Joslin’s life is about to dramatically change. She is about to find out she has been deceived by the man she has been married to for over twenty years. One particular person slithers into her life, causing her to question her husband’s sincerity. While her husband Paul is on his deathbed, he is bringing their quarreling twin daughters closer together. Their different family values had led to a falling out, causing them not to contact each other in years. Joslin struggles to find comfort during this difficult time, by remembering an old friend from her childhood. Suddenly, an unthinkable event happens that can only be described as a mother’s worst nightmare.

Tangled Ribbons (Vol. 2)
It has been two years since Paul's death....Erin has been sentenced for her crimes. Kevin, Paul's brother, is still lurking in the shadows...keeping a close eye on Paul's widow, Joslin, and her family. Kevin's health is deteriorating quickly....but before he dies, he is maliciously plotting to get even with Joslin. Morgan, who had previously worked for Paul and Kevin, has been on the run from Kevin for the past two years....Kevin's men are closing in fast on Morgan and her son, Adam. Tired of the endless struggle to keep them safe and torn seeing her son losing out on a normal childhood, she makes the difficult decision to leave him behind.... What is Kevin planning for Joslin and her family? Why is Morgan on the run? Will she ever see her son again??

About the Author
Michelle lives in Rhode Island, while raising two young sons with her husband. She is a high school graduate with dyslexia and works part time in the healthcare field. During Michelle’s challenging years in school, she was offered minimal assistance while striving to enhance her creativity. The stark reality she faced then is a lot brighter today, with more resources available designed to assist people with dyslexia or other learning disabilities. Over the years, Michelle has independently learned to manage and build strategies to overcome the challenges pertaining to dyslexia. She has accomplished her ultimate goal by publishing her first book and the completion of writing, The Ribbons Series. She has written these books to prove to her two young sons:             

“The only limitations my boys will have, are the ones they set themselves.”
