Motorcyclist Has Died From Injuries: NK Police
An Exeter man died from injuries he suffered after his motorcycle went off the road around 9:30 p.m. Thursday.
NORTH KINGSTOWN, RI — One person died Thursday night after his motorcycle went off the road. According to North Kingstown Fire Chief Scott Kettelle, the rescue took the adult man to Kent County Hospital. Harry J. Whitford, 66, of Exeter, was pronounced dead at Kent County Hospital, police Chief Paul Barry said. Only the motorcycle was involved, and no one else was injured. The accident happened around 9:30 p.m. According to news sources, the location was Sedgefield Road near Stony Lane.
