The Newcomers and Neighbors Club of North Kingstown held their annual fundraiser June 9 at the Eleven Forty Nine Restaurant in Warwick. The 85 member strong social club raised $2000 which was presented to the NK Food Pantry. This year’s event included raffles and silent auctions.
The club holds monthly activities ranging from outings to cooking demonstrations. Club President, Judy Zimmerman-Reich, urges anyone interested in joining to contact her at 401-885-8619.
