NK/W Combined District 11's Wins Again
The NK/W District 11's baseball team has won again. This sets up a best of three team scenario. Next game is Tuesday night at Wilson Park.
The 2017 Little League season for the District North Kingstown/Wickford 11 year olds will be one that most of us will remember for years to come. Incredible pitching, timely hits especially late in ball games, amazing defense, and a confidence well past their ages are just a few of the many, many accolades this team possesses. And with a massive fan turnout for each game, whether home at Wilson Park or away, this team has the whole town buzzing about North Kingstown Baseballl. It truly is something special.
The next game on their tournament schedule is Tuesday, July 11th. The game will be played, once again, under the lights at Wilson Park. Game time is set for 6:30 vs Coventry. At press time, only three teams remain in the District 3 11's Tournament - Coventry, East Greenwich, and our NK/W team.
