North Kingstown Man Indicted for Alleged Rape
Matthew Forest, 19, allegedly raped an individual last December.
A 19-year-old North Kingstown man has been indicted on first-degree rape charges.
The Washington County Grand Jury on Monday reported out an indictment charging Matthew Forest, of 15 Mayflower Court, with one county of first-degree sexual assault.
Attorney General Peter F. Kilmartin said that Forest assaulted an individual in December of 2014.

The incident took place in North Kingstown and North Kingstown police handled the investigation.
Forest is due to appear in court on June 12.
