North Kingstown Wickford Little League Cookout and Awards Night
Saturday night at Wilson Park, families of NKW Little League gathered at Wilson Park to celebrate an incredible baseball season.

The 2018 Spring Season of North Kingstown Wickford Little League is just about in the books. Coach Pitch has had their Super Saturday. AAA and Majors Divisional play has wrapped up and all-star tournaments are to be played in the weeks ahead. And Tee Ball will have their Super Sunday today, June 24th, at Wilson Park. End of the season means awards ceremony, cookout, and a celebration of all the players, families, sponsors, and volunteers that made the 2018 NKW Little League season so incredible.
First off, I want to thank Vin Martucci for organizing the event - preparing the food list, making sure we had enough drinks, working the grill, and making the night run so smoothly. We want to thank the official sponsor of our annual cookout - Keller Williams Realty – Team Bove. Also, thanks to Master of Ceremonies Todd Mascena who stepped in for President Arnie Sarazen.
As families gathered and grabbed a hot dog from the grill, kids poured into the AAA and Majors fields for wiffle ball. Coaches mingled with parents. Coaches got together with other coaches to congratulate them on a great season. Parents, sponsors, and kids all having a great time at Wilson Park under mostly cloudy skies, but NO RAIN!!!
