North Kingstown Woman Wins Daily Numbers Drawing, Twice
The unidentified woman has yet to tell anyone in her family, according to the Rhode Island Lottery Commission.
A North Kingstown woman recently won $5,000 times two playing the Daily Numbers game from the Rhode Island Lottery.
The woman, who asked that her identity not be revealed, reportedly wagered $1 on a four-digit straight bet for two tickets.
She played 5 0 3 1 and ended up with a total of $10,000 in winnings.

“She has yet to tell anyone in her family besides her son who accompanied her to the Lottery,” the lottery commission said in a release. “Yesterday was her granddaughter’s birthday and she plans to surprise her by adding “a little extra” to her birthday card this year. She also plans to take her whole family out to dinner to celebrate.”
The winning tickets were sold at Wyoming Package Store at 1199 Main St. in Wyoming.
