
Carol Ann Wagner (Varin), 68, of North Kingstown, passed away Saturday, August 2, 2014. She was the wife of the late Roland A. Wagner.
Born in Providence, she was a daughter of the late George and Mary C. (Blanchette) Varin.
Carol “Miss Carol” was a homemaker most of her life and then as a Director with her daughter at Magic Years in Warwick where she worked for twenty years before retiring.

She loved scrapbooking, card making, gardening and spending time by the water.
She leaves four children, Lori Wagner and James Healey of North Kingstown, Joseph Wagner and his wife Rebecca of Billerica, MA, Jay Wagner and his wife Dulcey of North Kingstown and James Wagner and his wife Dawn of North Kingstown; a sister, Joan “Dolly” Hodges of St. Paul, MN; and eight grandchildren, Emily, Sophie, Jack, Jimmy, Brenden, Jordan, Abby and Rachel. She was the sister of the late John Varin.

Her funeral service will be held Thursday, August 7, 2014 at 10am in the FAGAN-QUINN Funeral Home, 825 Boston Neck Road, North Kingstown. Burial will be in Elm Grove Cemetery, North Kingstown. Visiting hours Wednesday 4-8pm. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions to the Arthritis Foundation, RI Chapter, 2348 Post Road, Suite 104, Warwick, RI 02886 will be appreciated
