Portsmouth and North Kingstown Deal with Boat Adrift Under Jamestown Bridge
The boat has been towed, and the Coast Guard has it, according to the Cranston Fire Department.

NORTH KINGSTOWN, RI – North Kingstown and Portsmouth firefighters' marine units responded Sunday morning to a call about a boat adrift under the Jamestown Verrazano Bridge.
SeaTow, a commercial operator, took the boat away, according to the Cranston fire department. (Cranston has jurisdiction over the Bay.)
The Coast Guard said it was notified after the 30-foot boat experienced engine trouble and became disabled.

The bridge spans the water between Jamestown and North Kingstown. Jamestown police said they had been contacted but referred the call to other agencies because the Town does not have an available boat in the water after the summer.
