For the past few summers, Girl Scout Jaqueline Lindstrom has been working hard at a local middle school to revive the courtyard and earn her Gold Award. The Gold Award is the highest award in Girl Scouts. It takes a minimum of 80 hours filled with determination, responsibility, and communication. Working with the middle school's summer camp, Jaqueline has added a mural and birdhouse to the school courtyard, along with refurbishing 14 benches and a picnic table. The courtyard is now ready for the upcoming school year!
