North Kingstown police arrested a custodian from Davisville Middle School today in connection with a bomb threat found at the school.
Charles Smith of North Kingstown allegedly admitted to NK detectives that he wrote the threat on a bathroom wall near the school's gymnasium. School officials called police around 6:30 a.m. this morning after discovering the message. The threat was deemed not credible after NK police, along with a member of the Rhode Island Bomb Squad, reviewed the evidence.
