Skippers Athletic Hall Of Fame To Honor New Members
Inductees include Elizabeth Beisel, Olympic swimmer, tennis player Hannah Zangari, and Coach Charlie Breagy.

NORTH KINGSTOWN, RI - From North Kingstown High School: Past state champions, all-state honorees, and even an Olympic swimming medalist will be honored this month when nine individuals and one team are inducted into the North Kingstown High School Athletic Hall of Fame. The ceremonies will be conducted on April 28 at the Quonset “O” Club.
The individuals encompass seven athletes, one coach, and one contributor. With their primary sports and graduation years, they are:
- Elizabeth Beisel, swimming, 2010
- Kyle Bodington, basketball, 1990
- Allie Dolce, field hockey, lacrosse, track and field, 2006
- Sherry Harper, soccer, basketball, track and field, 1991
- Cody Normand, baseball, football, 2009
- Ben Sternberg, lacrosse, 2009
- Hannah Zangari, tennis, track and field, 2012
- Charlie Breagy, head coach, track and field
- Pat Hanrahan, town sports booster
The team induction will be the 2007 state champion Boys Outdoor Track and Field squad, which was led by Coach Breagy.

This group will be the 11th class inducted into the North Kingstown High School Athletic Hall of Fame; 76 individuals and 17 teams have been honored previously. The NKHS Hall of Fame was inaugurated in 1996.
