State Police Arrest Several for Failing to Comply with Sex Offender Rules
A North Kingstown man was among several arrested yesterday.

NORTH KINGSTOWN, RI—The state police, Major Crimes Unit, on Dec. 22 arrested Michael Tardie, 33, of North Kingstown.
He was taken into custody on an Affidavit and Arrest Warrant for Violation of Community Supervision.
Mr. Tardie was transported to State Police Headquarters, where he was processed, arraigned before a Justice of the Peace and released on $1,000 Personal Recognizance.

Also on Dec. 22, members of the Major Crimes Unit also arrested David Derosiers, 53, of Warwick, on an Affidavit and Arrest Warrant for Violation of Community Supervision, and Michael Delvecchio, 50, of Pawtucket, also on an Affidavit and Arrest Warrant for Violation of Community Supervision.
Both were transported to State Police Headquarters, processed, arraigned before a Justice of the Peace and released on $1,000 Personal Recognizance.

Also on Dec. 22, members of the Violent Fugitive Task Force apprehended Davon Middleton, 24, of Providence for Failure to Register as a Sex Offender. He was turned over to the Providence Police Sex Offender Officer for further investigation.
Members of the Violent Fugitive Task Force on Dec. 22 arrested Amilo Feliciano, 26, for the following: 1) Obstructing a Police Officer; 2) Eluding; 3) Operating on a Suspended License; 4) Superior Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Trial on a charge of First Degree Child Molestation; and 4) Two (2) Kent County Bench Warrants for Failure to Appear for Pretrial on charges of Driving on a Suspended License.
Mr. Feliciano was processed at State Police Headquarters, arraigned in Kent County Court and turned over to ACI officials.
On Dec. 22, members of the Computer Crimes Unit / Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) Task Force arrested Paulo B. Tomas, 45, of Cumberland, for the following: 1) Possession of Child Pornography; and 2) Fugitive from Justice. Mr. Tomas was held overnight pending arraignment in Sixth Division District Court, police said.
