Texan Arrested After Drunken Crash In North Kingstown: Cops
The Pearland resident refused to submit to a chemical test, police said.
NORTH KINGSTOWN, RI — A Texan was arrested following a drunken crash, police said.
Andre Vasquez, 35, was charged with driving under the influence of liquor and refusing to submit to a chemical test, the Rhode Island State Police said in a media release.
Vasquez, a resident of Pearland, was arrested as a "result of a motor vehicle crash investigation on Route 138 in the town of North Kingstown," the release said.

Vasquez was arrested shortly after 10:30 p.m. Sunday, according to the release.
Vasquez was processed at the Wickford Barracks, arraigned and released with a notice to appear in court, according to police.
