
Starting with the soles of the feet and working your way up the body, participants will explore the release of deep tension through the use of movement and rubber balls. The goal of this fun and effective self-massage workshop is to introduce you to methods of releasing chronic physical tension throughout the muscular and fascial network of the body. This all levels class is for anyone who is ready to release ongoing pain or tension and no previous yoga experience is required. However you must be able to easily get down and up from the floor.
