MA Man Arrested On DUI Charged After Pawtucket Crash: Cops
The Attleboro man was arrested after an accident on Interstate 95, police said.
PAWTUCKET, RI — A Massachusetts man was arrested on a charge of driving under the influence after a crash in Pawtucket, police said.
Carmelo Rodriguez, 47, was arrested shortly before 6 p.m. Wednesday on charges of driving under the influence ofliquor and/or drugs and refusal to submit to a chemical test, the Rhode Island State Police said in a media release.
"The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle accident, and subsequent investigation" on Interstate 95, the release said.

Rodriguez was processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks, arraigned by a justice of the peace and released with a court date to a "responsible adult," according to the release.
