Pawtucket Man Charged With Disorderly Conduct: Cops

The Pawtucket man was arrested in connection with an incident on Interstate 95.

PAWTUCKET, RI — A Pawtucket man was arrested on a charge of disorderly conduct in connection with a crash and "disturbance" on Interstate 95, police said.

Daniel Rodriguez, 18, was arrested about 1 a.m. Saturday, the Rhode Island State Police said in a media release.

"This arrest was the result of a follow-up investigation into a motor vehicle collision and disturbance on Route 95 South and Rodriguez being located by the Pawtucket Police Department," the release said.

Rodriguez was processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks, arraigned and released pending a court date, according to the release.
