Wanted Pawtucket Man Nabbed At Home: Cops

PAWTUCKET, RI — A wanted Pawtucket man was nabbed at his home, police said.

Preston Guertin, 21, was arrested shortly before 6 a.m. Tuesday on a warrant charging him with disorderly conduct — fighting or tumultuous behavior and disorderly conduct — obstructing a street or highway, the Rhode Island State Police said in a media release.

"This arrest was the result of a Barracks investigation and Guertin being located at his (Norton Street) residence," the release said.

"Guertin was processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks and held pending arraignment at the Sixth Division District Court," according to the release.
