Arrest Made In Case Of Bag-Faced Man Pouring Gasoline On Warwick Restaurant Fence: Cops
The arrested man was charged with fifth-degree arson.
WARWICK, RI — An arrest was made in the case of a man with a plastic bag concealing his face spotted pouring gasoline on a Warwick restaurant's fence, police said.
Brian Fisher, 47, was taken into custody Monday and charged with fifth-degree arson, the Warwick police said in a media release.

A worker performing HVAC maintenance on the roof of Captain's Resto-Bar spotted a man with his face masked by a plastic bag approaching the Waterfront Drive restaurant shortly after 1:15 a.m. Wednesday, according to the release.
"The suspect proceeded to pour gasoline along
the business's fence before fleeing the area after being confronted by the reporting party," the release said.

"At this time, it is believed Fisher acted alone in this isolated incident," according to the release.
Fisher was held overnight at Warwick Police Department
Headquarters and taken to Third District Court Tuesday for an arraignment, the release said.
