2 From MA Arrested In Portsmouth On Fentanyl, Crack Cocaine Charges
Portsmouth police said they seized 3 grams of fentanyl, 11.5 grams of crack cocaine, 18 Adderall pills and $8,206 in cash.

PORTSMOUTH, RI — Two Massachusetts residents were arrested in Portsmouth Wednesday after police said they were caught with fentanyl, crack cocaine and Adderall.
Tara Desilveira, 40, of Westport, and Paul Silva, 41, of New Bedford, were both arrested by Portsmouth police. Desilveira was charged with four counts of possession with intent to deliver, while Silva was charged with conspiracy and two counts of possession of a controlled substance.
Around 12:43 p.m., officers conducted a traffic stop, searched the suspects' vehicle and seized 3 grams of fentanyl, 11.5 grams of crack cocaine, 18 Adderall pills and $8,206 in cash, police said.

Both were scheduled to be arraigned Thursday at Second District Court in Newport.
