Arrest Log: Portsmouth Police Charge Four with Driving Under the Influence
The police recently charged four motorists with driving under the influence.

PORTSMOUTH, RI — Police made four arrests for driving under the influence.
James Bradford Pelletier, 18, of Little Compton, was stopped Dec. 15 at 2:27 a.m. on East Main Road. Police allege he was swerving between the northbound and southbound lanes on East Main. He was charged with Driving Under the Influence of Drugs or Alcohol, first offense, and Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test.
Robert Scott Huggins, 26, of Bristol, was speeding on East Main Road on Dec. 15 at 1:09 a.m., police allege. He was arrested at 1:34 a.m. and charged with Driving Under the Influence of Drugs or Alcohol, first offense, and Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test.

Nicole Elise Young, 22, of Newport, was arrested Dec. 13 at 2:36 a.m. near Turnpike Avenue by Route 24. She was charged with Driving Under the Influence of Drugs or Alcohol, first offense, and Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test.
Jacklyn Grace Almeida, 31, of Portsmouth, was arrested Dec. 10 at 1:04 a.m. on East Main Road. She was charged with Driving Under the Influence of Drugs or Alcohol, first offense, and Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test.
