Boys' Soccer Celebrate Two Shutout Victories This Week
Boys win two games, but lose players to injuries.
The beat East Providence Wednesday night, 2-0, on goals by Shane Callahan and Allen Nickerson. Defensively, the Patriots held East Providence to just six shots.
Friday night they defeated Hope High School 4-0, but saw Robbie Wordell go down with a leg injury, possibly out for the season. Tyler Rosenberg also left the game after going down hard on a defensive play.
David Gleeson, Allen Nickerson, Cameron Corey, and Will Hathaway scored for Portsmouth.
