The Town Council will hold a series of meetings to review the Fiscal Year 2013 Budget.Â
On Monday night, April 30, the Town Council will review the town's new five-year Capital Improvement Plan. The plan, which includes both municipal and school projects, proposes to implement a long range public roads program to begin to address Portsmouth's aging road stock.

On Tuesday night, the Town Council will hear from the Police Department, Fire Department and Public Works Department on the FY 2013 budget requests and on Wednesday night, the council plans to continue reviewing the town budget with presentations from the remaining departments and community groups.
