Hearing Loop Installed at St. Mary's Church

The Hearing Loop system has been installed at St. Mary’s. This allows people with a T-Coil setting on their hearing aid to easily hear what is picked up by the microphone making the service easier to follow. Anyone with their current hearing aid can use it by following the directions from their audiologist to set it to the T-Coil position. This cuts out amplification of the ambient noise so only the voice coming through the microphone is amplified. Additional head sets are available for loan for those wishing to try it out. If you want you can bring your own ear buds, the kind that fit in your iPod. Ask the Clergy upon arrival for a set to try.
