Local Emerging Artists Showcased at Portsmouth Arts Guild Show

Portsmouth Arts Guild Show Puts Works of our Emerging Artists on Display

Just in time to help us celebrate Portsmouth's 375th anniversary, our local community's Emerging Artists will be on display at the Portsmouth Arts Guild (PAG) Center for the Arts for the next two weekends.

Everyone is invited on Saturday, January 26 from 2-4 pm for the opening reception of Emerging Artists, featuring mixed media artwork of high school students from Portsmouth and Tiverton High Schools.  This event is free and open to the public.  Light refreshments will be served.  The PAG Emerging Artist Show runs for two weekends, January 26 and 27 and February 2 and 3.

The Portsmouth Arts Guild and Gallery’s mission is to provide a welcoming and nurturing environment for the visual and performing arts in Portsmouth and the surrounding area.  The Arts Guild promotes the talents and skills of artists of all ages and abilities, and contributes to the cultural enrichment of our community through exhibitions, year-round classes and lectures, and performances.
