Month After Irene, 'Anonymous' Boat Remains Sunk in Cove With No Sign of Removal

The sunken power boat inside The Cove remains as it was when I first saw it over a month ago.

It appears the windows on the port side have been broken, and the boat has rolled somewhat so a few more identifying marks are visible. I'm sure that the Portsmouth Harbormaster can identify the owner from the Mooring number (CO10), the name (Anonymous) and the current Rhode Island registration number visible in these photos.

The boat is definitely deteriorating and while no fuel leakage was evident, the boat presumably had fuel tanks onboard. A propane tank is visible on deck.

Is anyone responsible for removing wrecks like these or is anyone concerned about pollution from the boats fuel and holding tanks?
