Mr. Elliott Moffie, a math teacher at the Abbey, was one of 75 selected for the program

Elliott Moffie, a math teacher, assistant houseparent and coach at Portsmouth Abbey, has received a prestigious Klingenstein Summer Institute fellowship from the Teachers College at Columbia University. The program gathers 75 teachers in their first five years in the profession from across the U.S. and around the world. The teachers will be guided by prominent education experts, Teachers College professors, and master teachers at the Lawrenceville, New Jersey campus.
