Portsmouth this Week Volunteers Taking Time Off For Christmas

Portsmouth this Week (PTW), the "Voice of Portsmouth Town Hall", is a weekly television show that is taped on Fridays and airs on Public Access TV (Cox channel 18) on Wednesday evenings at 7:30 PM. The latest edition of this public information show, an initiative of Town Administrator John Klimm, was completed yesterday, marking the 37th and final session of the year. Today's show featured an interview with new Town Council President Jim Seveney and Vice President John Blaess. This session is available for viewing above or from links on the Town wesbite www.portsmouthri.com Taping of the show will resume in January.

PTW is an all-volunteer operation, with local residents managing all aspects of the program. The show is co-hosted by Jeff Richard and Doug Smith, produced by Rich Talipsky and Directed by John McMahon, with camera support from Gary Gump, Bob Hamilton and Dave Miller. Sound and graphic support is provided by Ray Keller and Jennie Nelson. Brien Medeiros hosts the group and provides technical and other support at the PEG Studio in Portsmouth. New volunteers are welcome to come down to the PEG studio on Friday mornings at 9:30 AM and join the crew. Pictured above are some of the PTW crew that worked on today's session.
