Preserve Portsmouth Hoping to Help Small Businesses this Weekend

Preserve Portsmouth has sent out a flyer hoping to get small businesses in Portsmouth to take advantage of the large Invitational Soccer Tournament being held at the Gardner Seveney sports complex at the Glen this weekend. This sounds like a great idea! The flyer information is below: 

Attention Small Business Owners!

This Father’s Day weekend over 1,000 families will be diverging at Gardener Seveney Complex for the annual Portsmouth Invitational Soccer Tournament. Preserve Portsmouth is offering a trio of balloons for you to alert the incoming soccer families that you are ready and eager for their business.  These busy families will decide in a split second whether or not to patronize your establishment.

Carlone’s Florist, the business helping us with the distribution of balloons is located at 16 Dexter St., Portsmouth. Simply stop by their shop Friday 9-5 or Saturday 9-12 for your free ballons!     

I hope all the small businesses and restaurants in Portsmouth will take advantage of this initiative to promote Portsmouth and themselves by displaying these free balloons. And thanks to Conni Harding and Preserve Portsmouth for coming up with this idea and then running with it.
