Rhode Island Chapter of Pink Heals Rolls Into Portsmouth

Pink Fire and Police vehicles will be rolling into Portsmouth on Monday, October 22^nd, at approximately 11:00 am; their destination will be Portsmouth Fire Department.

The Rhode Island Chapter of Pink Heals will be making stops all over the State, showing support, raising awareness, and money for woman battling cancer.  The tour of the state is all part of the nationwide “Cares Enough to Wear Pink” program.

The Portsmouth Firefighters Association (Local 1949) has provided support to the Pink Heals organization through a donation and will show their support by wearing pink uniform t-shirts during the week of October 21^st.

The members of Portsmouth Fire Department would like to invite anyone wishing to see the Pink Heals vehicles up close to come visit the station on that Monday.
