Special Edition of PTW from Portsmouth, England

This is a special video produced by our multi-talented 375th Publicity chairman, Rich Talipsky. It provides a good sampling of the friendship and hospitality we were shown by representatives of our namesake city, with a focus on the Lord Mayor "Making" Ceremony and the primary missions of our delegation. These were given to us by Proclamation by our Town Council, and was basically twofold: to formally invite the new Lord Mayor to our 375th Labor Day weekend celebratory events and to lay the groundwork for establishing a sister city relationship between our two communities. We were able to accomplished both of these as well as make many friends and see the sights of the historic city.

All of us in the delegation were deeply appreciative of reception that we received in the UK and we look forward to reciprocating that hosipitality when the Lord Mayor, Lynn Stagg, and her companion, the Lady Mayoress, Anne Taulbot, visit us in August.
