Bradbury was stopped near the intersection of Bristol Ferry Road and Maggie Lane. Police attempted to conduct field sobriety tests but stopped to prevent injury. Bradbury fell out of the car, police said, when officers attempted to conduct the first tests and repeatedly lost his balance, as they continued evaluating him. Ultimately, he was charged with driving under the influence, second offense. He also received two violations —one for refusing to submit to a chemical test and the second for driving after his license was suspended or revoked.
When police asked to see his license and registration, he reportedly handed them photographs in his wallet.
